I accidentally took 500mg more of my 100mg levothyroxine. I mistook them for my prednisolone as I have colitis. I tried vomit them up. Am I in danger?

TSH level: 0, T3/T4 normal, cortisol thru the roof, lymphocytes elevated, BP: 160/100 and waking @ 3am. MD saying it's hypothyroid. I disagree. Help?
